Tiger Cubs(6-12yrs)
The tiger cubs program is designed to build physical and mental strength. Children will develop a connection between mind and body through repetition drills and games. Through this curriculum, children will gain self-control and focus as well a healthy lifestyle. This program is ideal for kids with no prior experience, or with children with prior knowledge.
The Benefits of Martial Arts for Kids:
- Goal Building. They will learn how to set goals and develop at their own pace. Our belt system is designed to give students something to grow into, the ranking system is progressively more challenging. Students earn a different colored belt every time they reach a new skill level. This can boost self-esteem and keep them motivated.

Tigers Den(13yrs+)
Tigers den is our adults class. we call it the tigers den because all of our adults are mentors to our kids. We work hard not only to be the best in our martial arts, but also in being knowledgeable and the best examples for the kids to look up to. Our adults program is unmatched in armed and unarmed close quarter combat with foundations in traditional Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Eskrima.
